The steps are quite simple and straightforward—
* Get a SCOBY Starter Kit —[link](https://www.sourhouse.in/products/kombucha-starter-kit). I got mine from [Sour House in Bangalore.](https://www.sourhouse.in/)
* Boil water
* Add sugar when it starts to boil and simmer it for some time.
* Add tea bags to the mixture. The general ratio which is advisable is to have 3 tea bags for each liter of water you are using.
* After it completely cools down, add the SCOBY Starter kit to the mixture.
* Add your own infusions (in my case, I added ginger and lemon flavour to this drink)
* Wrap the glass jar with a muslin cloth and keep it in a well-shaded environment for 7-10 days.
By this time, the tea would have got fermented by SCOBY (the symbiotic cultivation of bacteria and yeast)
